2023 ‘You’re A Dream’ light skin contact Sauvignon Blanc

$50.00

The Ascona Vineyard is the foundation of Isa Wines. It was the first vineyard I ever worked with for this label and it holds a special place in my heart. (Farmed organically, of course)

The grapes were harvested on October 10th, 2023 (2023 was an insanely late harvest year across the board). I immediately foot tread it and let it soak on the skins for 22 hours. The juice was then pressed and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tank over the period of 2 weeks. It went through malolactic fermentation in neutral barrel and was bottled on April 30th, 2024.

For folks in warmer climates, your wines will ship as weather permits for them to arrive safely from heat damage.
